Shipping and Delivery

• Ideal Traders ships products within the specified regions listed on our website.

• Products will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days within Tamil Nadu. For deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, please expect your product to arrive within 2 to 5 business days."

• Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

• Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

•  Please review our Return Policy for information on returning products and obtaining refunds.

• You can return the product within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. After we get the orginal(returned) product in our hand, we will process the refund as mentioned below.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of request and will be credited to the original source account within 10 business days.

•  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, subject to our Return Policy conditions.
